This act was implemented in the year 2005. This law was enacted with the implementation in the year 2005. The main motive of this law was to implement new educational strategies.
Establishment:
We have stated that there shall be established for the purpose of this Act a Board to be known as the Punjab School Education Board.
We have stated that the Board shall be a body corporate by the name aforesaid having perpetual succession and a common seal with power, to acquire, hold or dispose of property,movable and immovable, and may by that name may be sued.
Rules and Regulation: If a member
(a) We have stated that if a member ceases to have the qualifications or ceases to hold the office by virtue of which he became member;
(b) We have stated that becomes subject to any disqualification referred to in section 8 ; or
(c) We have stated that absents himself, without taking the permission of the Chairman from three meetings of the Board, the State Government will declare his office to be completely vacant.
(d) We have stated that a member including Chairman and Vice-Chairman, may resign his office by tendering resignation to the State Government and the seat of such member including Chairman and Vice-Chairman, shall become vacant on the date of acceptance of the resignation by the State Government.
