In order to become an optician , a person should have a bachelor’s degree in optometry followed by a master’s degree in the same profession. It is also required to have a training as well as an internship program in the same field. An optician must then pass an oral and written examination. The written exam comprises of a full day research on the relevant topics. The oral exams also include assessing the actual examination through verbal skills.
