In order to become a magistrate, a person should have posses a LLB degree . People should also pass their State judicial exams conducted by the government of India. The magistrate is the supreme and responsible person in India. He has to pass various interviews and clear the preliminary, main and viva entrance examinations.

How to become Magistrate/Judge

A bachelor’s degree in LLb takes around 4 years with additional 2 years to complete the judicial examinations. It also takes around 2 years to practice this profession. This profession is said to be the most challenging professions in India. The selection process of a magistrate takes long time. But, when the process is completed, the life as a magistrate is damn hectic and challenging too.

This is said to be the challenging profession in India. They can work with council of judges. A magistrate can earn Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000 as their starting salary.
