By clearing of the entrance examination, students are required to go for a training period of nearly 1 month. Then the ticket collector is posted in various departments of transportation.
The starting salary given to the ticket collector starts from Rs 5000-6000 per month. It further goes on increasing with the increase in the work and experience. They are also given additional allowances while working.
