Qualifying Examination:
Aspirants should have a Bachelor's degree (or appearing in final year examination), in the field of Agriculture, Veterinary, Agricultural Engineering, Fisheries, Horticulture, Home Science, Sericulture, Dairy Technology, Forestry, Agri. Marketing and Cooperation, Food Science, Biotechnology, Basic and allied sciences under 10+2+5 or 10+2+4 years degree programmes In other cases, where grade-points are not awarded and only marks are awarded, the candidate must have secured at least 60% marks For admission in M.V.Sc. programmes, the candidate must have completed B.V.Sc./ B.V.Sc. & A.H. with Internship. AIEEA PG consists of question from the Major subject chosen by the candidates in the graduation examination.
The test has only one question paper in each major subject group consisting of 150 multiple-choice, objective type questions, and also 10 cross-matching type questions. The question papers will be in English. For each incorrect answer in, one mark will be deducted from the total score, while for each incorrect cross matching type sub-question/pairing, 0.2 marks will be deducted from the total score.
