KIIT Entrance Examination (KIITEE) is conducted on the All India Level by the KIIT University, Bhubaneswar for admission to following courses of the university:
Engineering, MCA, Management, Rural Management, Law, Biotechnology, MBBS, MD, BDS, Nursing, Dental, Fashion Technology, Cinema and Mass Media Studies, Sculpture, Languages.
For B.Tech:
Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination. Candidates who are appearing for their Class XII exam are also eligible to apply A minimum 60% aggregate marks in10+2 in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Study of the candidates must have been regular and full time.
For B.Tech & M.Tech.(Dual Degree) Biotechnology:
A minimum 60% aggregate marks in10+2 in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology. The other criteria remain the same as regular B.Tech
Age Limit: Candidates must have been born on or after July 1, 1993
The syllabus for KIITEE Management Entrance Examination is not pre determined. The questions are designed to test the candidate’s arithmetical problem solving, data interpretation, logical reasoning, and English language skills (Grammar & Vocabulary) skills. The questions related to geometry, algebra and statistics are also included.
Group Discussion & Personal Interview:
Candidates who clear the written exam have to prepare for group discussion and personal interview. The GD and PI test the candidate’s current knowledge on various Economic, Business and Technology aspects.
The KIIT Engineering Entrance Examination is conducted online. The candidate has to answer 40 questions each from two sections: Quantitative Ability & Analytical Reasoning. Next, 30 questions test the candidate’s proficiency in English language and lastly, 20 questions each are asked on general knowledge and socially relevant topics.
All the 150 questions are objective type questions with our alternatives against each question. The questions will be asked in English. Duration of KIITEE Online Test: 180 minutes
Marking: Each correct answer fetches 4 marks & 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.
Important: The test closes automatically once 180 Minutes are over.
