Army Institute of Management & Technology Entrance Exam

The Army Institute of Management, Kolkata was founded with a view to giving top class management education to the wards of army personnel. AIM is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

To get admission to the AIMT, candidates have to clear the CAT entrance test, which is then followed by a group discussion and personal interview conducted by AIM at Kolkata.

Eligibility

• The candidate should be a graduate degree holder in any discipline with a minimum score of 50% aggregate marks.
• Candidates must be wards of Army personnel with a minimum of 10 years continuous service in the Army. They can also be wards of ex Army personnel who have taken discharge or have been released after 10 years of service.
• If the children are adopted, to be eligible for admission to AIMT, they should be adopted at least 5 years prior to seeking AIMT Admission.
