The Association of Private Dental and Medical Colleges in Madhya Pradesh (APDMC) is the body which conducts Madhya Pradesh All India Dental & Medical Admission Test (MP DMAT). The candidates clearing this test are eligible for admission to MBBS and BDS courses of private dental & medical Colleges in Madhya Pradesh. Private medical & dental colleges reserve 50% of the seats for admission through DMAT.
The candidate must be a MBBS/BDS degree holder from any of the recognized Medical/ Dental College of India. The candidate must have completed compulsory rotating internship from an Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India /Dental Council of India. The Candidate must be registered with the Medical Council of India /Dental Council of India of any State in India.
The entrance exam syllabus consists of the following subjects: Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, and Physics.
The MP Exam consists of a single question paper which has to be completed in 3 hours. The paper has 200 multiple choice questions from the subjects mentioned above. Each question carries one mark and the distribution of marks per subject will be: Physics: 50 marks, Chemistry: 50 marks, Botany: 50 marks, Zoology: 50 marks
Application Forms for the MP DMAT entrance examination will be available at the selected branches of State Bank of India on payment of Rs. 750 in cash.
