Punjab Para Medical Entrance Test

The Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) holds the Punjab Para Medical Entrance Test for candidates who wish to take admission to B.Sc Nursing course in various government & private medical colleges affiliated to BFUHS.

Eligibility

Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination, with a minimum score of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English from a recognized Central or State board.

Syllabus

The syllabus for PPMET is based on the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, & Biology at the 11th & 12th Standards.

Pattern

The PPMET exam has a single question paper with 200 objective questions with multiple choice answers. Candidates have 1.30 hours to complete the exam. The paper has 3 parts and the division of marks for each section is as follows:

• Section 1: Physics (50 marks)
• Section 2: Chemistry (50 marks)
• Section 3: Biology (100 marks)

Candidates can get the prospectus for the exam at BFUHS, Faridkot and at designated branches of Oriental Bank of Commerce, on cash payment of Rs 1200.
