Sri Ramachandra University Medical Entrance Exam for MBBS and BDS

Sri Ramachandra University (SRU), is a deemed university situated in Porur, Chennai, India. SRU has 8 colleges under it with 45 departments offering about 92 courses in health care and medical studies and research. The university has been accredited by NAAC with A Grade with a GCPA of 3.52 on a 4-point scale, the highest to be awarded to a private medical university in India. The university conducts the SRU medical entrance exam for admission to MBBS/BDS courses.

Eligibility

• Candidates should have passed the 10+2 examination, with a minimum aggregate score of 50% Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English from a recognized Central or State board.
• Candidates should be between the ages of 17 Years To 27 Years.
• Only citizens of India are eligible to appear for this test.

Pattern

The entrance exam has a single question paper and will only be in the English language. There are a total of 180 questions in the test, and every question carries equal marks. There is no negative marking in the test. Candidates have to finish each question paper in 3 hours. The division of questions per subjects will be: 45 questions from each Physics and Chemistry, and 90 questions from Biology.
