The Association of Private Medical & Dental Colleges of U. P. Uttar Pradesh Common Admission Test UPCAT is conducted by as "All India Common Admission Test" "UPCAT-DENTAL" for admission to Bachelor courses in 23 private Dental Colleges of U.P.

This UPCAT test is conducted by Association of Private Medical & Dental Colleges of Uttar Pradesh for the admission to the BDS course. This is a five year course recognized by Dental Council of India.


Eligibility

Candidates must have cleared their 10+2 exam from a recognized Central or State board with at least 50% aggregate marks in English,Biology , Physics, and Chemistry.

Candidates should be between the ages of 17 Years To 27 Years


Syllabus

The syllabus for UPCAT entrance test is based on the syllabus of 10+2 exam with subjects Physics, Chemistry, & Biology (Botany & Zoology)


Pattern

The entrance test has a single question paper with objective questions and multiple choice answers. The distribution of marks per subject will be as follows: Physics (50 questions, 50 marks), Chemistry (50 questions, 50 marks), Zoology (50 questions, 50 marks), & Botany (50 questions, 50 marks). There is one mark per question and no negative marking is given for incorrect answers.
