Applications are invited from eligible candidates of Rajasthan Domicile, out of Rajasthan Domicile and the wards of Kashmiri Migrants for admission to 1st year of B. Arch courses.
Eligibility
The Council of Architecture has laid down the following academic qualifications for admission to 1st year of B. Arch courses:
- 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board with Mathematics as a subject of study by securing 50% marks in aggregate. OR
- 10+3 diploma (any stream) recognized by Central/State Govt. with 50% aggregate marks. OR
- International Baccalaureate Diploma, after 10 years of schooling with not less than 50% marks in aggregate and with Mathematics as compulsory subject of examination.
For the candidates belonging to SC, ST and OBC categories, the eligibility of aggregate marks is 45% marks in the above mentioned examinations. In addition to this, other benefits as provided by the Govt. of India and respective State Govt. to the SC, ST, OBC, Women, Economically Backward, Ex-Serviceman, Physically Handicapped students as applicable to them for pursuing the B. Arch. Degree course would also to be extended.
All admissions to B.Arch. degree courses shall be subject to passing of National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by Council of Architecture (COA). The minimum pass score for NATA is 80 out of 200 for all categories of candidates. There is no relaxation in the minimum pass score of NATA to any category of candidate.
Age Limit: Only those candidates whose date of birth falls on or after October 01, 1986 are eligible. However, in the case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Physically Handicapped (PH) candidates, upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years, i.e. SC, ST and PH candidates who were born on or after October 01, 1981 are eligible. Date of birth as recorded in the Secondary School mark sheet / certificate will only be taken as authentic.

Demand Draft with Application Form : 11000/- in favour of “Coordinator RPET-2011” payable at Jodhpur. The description of this amount is as stated below:
- Rs. 1000/- as Application form fees (Non Refundable)
- Rs. 10000/- to be adjusted against admission fees. (Forfeited if candidate deny to join in the allotted institute as per Option Form and merit.)
Documents to be enclosed with Application form:
- Option form duly filled in by the candidate in original.
- Attested photo copy of Pass Mark sheet of 10th , 11th and 12th class.
- Attested photo copy of NATA score card.
- Attested photo copy of certificate of your concerned State domicile.
- Attested photo copy of SC / ST / OBC certificate if the candidate belongs to any reservation category.
- A demand draft of Rs. 11000/- in favour of Coordinator RPET-2011 payable at Jodhpur.
