Note

Selection of the candidate will be done on the basis of Walk-in Interview. The interview is scheduled to be held as follows for the following positions:
- 12^th Nov, 2012: Senior Research Fellow (Regulation of Cell-Cell Adhesion and Spermatogenesis by 14-3-3γ)
- 26^th Nov, 2012: Senior Research Fellow (Integrative Analysis of Genomic and Transcriptomic Alterations Associated with Node-Metastasizing Oral Cancers)
- 27^th Nov, 2012: Laboratory Assistant (Evaluation of Chemopreventive Effects of Crude Polyphenols from Wine Varieties of Indian Grapes and Mechanism of their Action)

Eligibility Conditions

For Senior Research Fellow (Regulation of Cell-Cell Adhesion and Spermatogenesis by 14-3-3γ)

M.Sc Degree from a reputed Institute / University
Minimum two years of work experience in the relevant field
Should have extensive experience with mammalian cell culture, immunofluorescence, confocal microscopy, and live cell imaging
Should have familiarity with standard Molecular Biology Techniques and have some experience with co-immunoprecipitation and pull-down assays

For Senior Research Fellow (Integrative Analysis of Genomic and Transcriptomic Alterations Associated with Node-Metastasizing Oral Cancers)

M.Sc Degree in Biological Sciences (Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Microbiology / Zoology) from a reputed Institute / University
Minimum two years of research experience in using Molecular Biology Techniques (specifically qRT-PCRs, cloning, FISH, immunohistochenmistry, Western blotting) and Animal Tissue Culture
Candidates, who have know how to manage patients (clinical and demographic) data, and data analysis using statistical software, will be preferred.
Laboratory Assistant (Evaluation of Chemopreventive Effects of Crude Polyphenols from Wine Varieties of Indian Grapes and Mechanism of their Action)
M.Sc Degree in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Biochemistry) from a reputed Institute / University
Work experience in research laboratory will be preferred.

How to Apply

Candidates, who fulfill the eligibility criteria and are willing to apply, can appear for the Walk-in-Interview.
The interview is scheduled to be held on 12^th Nov, 26^th Nov and 27^th Nov, 2012, at Meeting Room, 3rd Floor, Khanolkar Shodhika, ACTREC, from 10.00 am onwards.
Candidates should report before 9.30 am, else they will not be permitted for the interview.
Candidates appearing for the interview should bring the detailed Curriculum Vitae with covering letter with statement of purpose and Original & 1 set of attested copies of all relevant certificates / documents.
