Applications are invited from dynamic and eligible Indian professional for B777 / B747 / B737 Type Rated following posts:

• Captain (P1)
• First Officers (P2) 

Note

• Appointment of the candidates is to be done on contractual basis for a period of five years. Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of Personal Interview and Simulator Flight Proficiency Test (SFPT). The test will be held at Mumbai centre.

Eligibility Conditions

For Captain (P1)

• Should have Current & Valid ALTP Licence issued by Director General of Civil Aviation, Government of India
  
  
• Should have Current & Valid B777 / B747 / B737 on Indian ALTP
  
  
• Should have Current & Valid Instrument Rating Endorsement on B777 / B747 / B737 on Indian ALTP
  
  
• Should have Current & Valid FRTO Licence issued by Director General of Civil Aviation, Government of India
  
  
• Should have Current & Valid RTR(P) / RTR(C) / RTR Licence issued by Ministry of Communication, WPC Wing, Govt. of India
  
  
• Minimum 5000 hrs of Airline Jet experience, out of which minimum 2000 hrs as PIC on Jet Aircraft
  
  
• Should have minimum 500 hrs as PIC on type B777 / B747 / B737

For First Officers (P2)

• Should have Current & Valid CPL / ALTP Licence issued by Director General of Civil Aviation, Government of India
  
  
• Should have Current & Valid B777 / B747 / B737 on Indian CPL / ALTP
  
  
• Should have Current & Valid Instrument Rating Endorsement on B777 / B747 / B737 on Indian CPL / ALTP
  
  
• Should have Current & Valid FRTO Licence issued by Director General of Civil Aviation, Government of India
  
  
• Should have Current & Valid RTR(P) / RTR(C) / RTR Licence issued by Ministry of Communication, WPC Wing, Govt. of India
  
  
• Minimum 2500 hrs of Airline Jet experience as P2, out of which minimum 500 hrs as P2 on type B777 / B747 / B737 

Required Age

• Candidates should be below the age of 60 years.
• Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC candidates provided as per government norms. 

Application Fee: Rs.2500 (Exempted for SC / ST candidates)

• For paying the application fess, candidates should obtain a DD for Rs.2500 drawn in favor of Air India - Mumbai, payable at Mumbai.
  
  
• Application form, duly complete in all respect, along with DD, two self-attested passport size photographs, out of which one affixed on application form, and attested (by Gazetted Officer) photocopies of all relevant certificates / documents, should be submitted to The Executive Director (Operations), 2nd Floor, Operations Department, Air India, Old Airport, Kalina, Santa Cruz (East), Mumbai - 400029, by post on or before  23^rd Jul, 2012.
  
  
• Candidates can also submit their application form in the prescribed format along with scanned copies of all relevant certificates on the Email ID: directoroperations@airindia.in.
