Applications are invited from knowledgeable and proficient candidates for the following positions:

• Chief Librarian
• Executive Engineer (Electrical) 

Note

• Appointment of the candidates is to be done on deputation basis for a maximum period of 3 years. Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of personal interview. Candidates short-listed on the basis of academic qualification and working experience will be called for the interview.

Eligibility Conditions 

For Chief Librarian

• Should be an Officer under the Central / State / U.T. Governments / Universities / Statutory, Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations
  
  
• Should have hold an analogous post on regular basis with minimum 5-8 years of regular service on the post pay scale of Rs.12000-375-16500 with pay scale of Rs.10000-325-15200 or its equivalent
  
  
• Master’s Degree in Science (Biological Sciences) with 2nd class division from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Degree / Diploma in Library Science from a recognized Institute / University
  
  
• Minimum 7 years of working experience in a supervisory capacity, in a library of standing
  
  
• Master’s Degree in Library Science is desirable.
  
  
• Candidates, who have done training in Medical Librarianship, will be preferred.
  
  
• Experience of Documentation Work in a responsible capacity will be an added advantage.
  
  
• Good working knowledge of Sanskrit and any modern European language other than English is desirable.

For Executive Engineer (Electrical)

• Should be working as an Executive Engineer (Electrical) or Assistant Engineer (Electrical) with minimum 8 years of regular service in the grade, from CPWD / other Engineering Departments of the Central Government / State Government / Union Territories or Central / State Statutory /Autonomous Bodies
  
  
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University / Institute

Required Age

• Candidates should be below the age of 56 years (Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC candidates as per government norms).
