Applications are invited from retired General Manager of a scheduled bank for the post of Chief Customer Service Officer (CSSO). 

Note

• Appointment of the candidates is to be done on contract basis for a period of one year, which can be extended further on yearly basis till a period of three years, as per candidate performance. Candidates’ selection will be made on the basis of their work experience and interview.

Eligibility Conditions

• Should have superannuated or have taken voluntary retirement at the level of General Manager from a Scheduled Commercial Bank, preferably other than Allahabad Bank
  
  
• Should have good exposure of Operational Work in the Bank
  
  
• Minimum 10 years of work experience as Branch / Regional / Zonal Head
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 65 years.
