Allahabad High Court Invites Applications for Recruitment 2012 For Law Clerks (Trainee)

Applications are invited from talented and dynamic professionals for the posts of Law Clerks (Trainee).

Note

Appointment of the candidates is to be done on contractual basis for a period of one year. Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of Personal Interview. Candidates short-listed on the basis of academic qualification will be called for the personal interview.

The interview is scheduled to be held in the 3rd and 4th week of July, 2012 at Allahabad and Lucknow centers. The interview schedule and centre address will be mentioned in the candidate’s call letter.

Eligibility Conditions

Three years Professional / Five years Integrated Degree in Law from a reputed Law College / University
Candidates, who have appeared in LL B (Final) in 2011-12 Examination and are waiting for results, can also apply for the post.
Good working knowledge of Computer, i.e., Data Entry, Work Processing and Computer Operations

Required Age

Candidates should be above the age of 21 years and below the age of 26 years (Age relaxation for OBC / SC / ST candidates as per government norms).

Interested candidates can purchase the application form directly from the counter in the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad or its Lucknow Bench in the reverse payment of Rs.150.

For paying the application fees, candidates should obtain a DD / IPO for Rs.150 drawn in favor of Registrar General, High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, payable at Allahabad.
Purchased Application Form or Downloaded Application Form, duly complete in all respect, along with a passport-size photograph, DD / IPO (only with downloaded form), two self-addressed envelopes (5 cm x 10 cm) with postage stamps of Rs.22 on it and attested copies of all relevant certificates, should be submitted at Registrar General, High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Allahabad (UP) - 211002, by registered / speed post or by courier on or before 30^th Jun, 2012 till 05.00 pm.
Candidates should mention “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF LAW CLERK (TRAINEE)” on the envelope in which the form would be sent.
