Allahabad UP Gramin Bank Invites the Eligible Candidates for the Recruitment of Officers & Office Assistants Posts.
Available Posts and Payscale:
- Scale – I: 41 Posts , Pay Scale- 14500 - 25700
- Office Assistans: 414 Posts, Pay Scale - 7200 - 19300
Important Dates:
- Online Registration: Till 30th Aug, 2011
- Date of Written Exam: Officers : 16th Oct, 2011 & Office Assistants : 23rd Oct, 2011
Eligibility Conditions :
For Officers Age limit : 18 - 26 yrs as on 1st July, 2011 and also Bachelor Degree of a recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent.
For Assistants :
Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent (OR)
Pass with 50% marks in aggregate in higher secondary examination of 10+2+3 pattern/ XI standard of 11+3 pattern/pre-degree or intermediate or any equivalent examination. (OR)
Diploma in Banking recognized by State or Central Government or Union Territory. (OR)
Pass with minimum 60% marks in aggregate in Matriculation/Senior School Certificate (old pattern) / or equivalent.
Note : For assistants post, The candidates should be domicile of Uttar Pradesh. For Both Posts Candidates Must be Proficient in Computer & Local Language
Selection Procedure :
The selection of the candidates shall be on the basis of written test and interview. Written test will be of Objective Type Consisiting of :-
- For Post Code- 1 (Officer Scale-I):-
- Reasoning, Quantiitative Aptitude & Data Interpretation, General Awareness and Genaral english. Each part having 50 questions and a total time of 150 min. for 200 questions.
- For Post Code- 2(Office Assistants) :-
- Reasoning, Numerical Ability,General Knowledge and Genaral english. Each part having 50 questions and a total time of 150 min. for 200 questions.
- The candidates securing a minimum of 40% marks(35% for SC/ST/XS/PC) in the written test shall qualify for interview in ratio of 1:3 depending upon number of Vacancies .

How to Apply :
The fee for this Application is:
For Officers : Rs.500/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ST/PC/EXS) & Office Assistants : Rs.400/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ST/PC/EXS). to be paid with Payment challan at any Allahabad Bank branch before 30th Aug, 2011.
After payment, the online application has to be made at Bank website before 30th Aug, 2011 and details has to be filled & submitted properly. It is necessary to preserve the challan & application copy for reference.
