Pharm.D (Doctor of Pharmacy)

Eligibility

Pharm.D:

1. Minimum 17 years of age and maximum 23 years on or before 31st December 2011
2. A Pass in any of the following examinations:
   
   Plus two examination with 50% in Physics and chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics or Biology.OR
   
   A pass in D Pharm from an institution approved by Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.OR
   
   Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations.
3. International students can also apply. These students have to produce Equivalence Certificate from Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi.

By Post:
Write to ‘The Admission Coordinator, Office of Admissions, Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, AIMS-Ponekkara PO, Kochi-682041’ with a Demand Draft of Rs.1,570/- facoring “Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham”, payable at Kochi.

In Person:
Collect the application form from select branches of Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd. or The Federal Bank Ld. on payment of Rs.1,500/- (List of branches available on website – www.amrita.edu)

Download from the website: Completed application to be sent along with a DD of Rs.1,500/- to ‘The Admission Coordinator, Office of Admissions, Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, AIMS-Ponekkara PO, Kochi-682041’.
