Andhra Pradesh Grameena Vikas Bank(APGVB) formed in 2006 is sponsered by Govt.of India,Govt.of Andhra pradesh & State bank of India and with over 520 branches in 8 districts of AP. APGVB Invites Eligible candidates for recruitment of Officers and office Assistants.

Available Posts and Payscale:

• Office Assistant– 272 posts- Pay Scale- Rs.7200/-  to  Rs.19300/-
• Officer (scale I) – 140 posts – Pay Scale- Rs.14500-25700
• Officer MMG  Scale-III - 8 Posts - Pay Scale- Rs. 25700-31500
• Officer MMG  Scale-II - 61 Posts- Pay Scale- Rs. 19400-28100

Eligibility Conditions For Officers and Assistants :

• Candidates must be domicile of Tamilnadu for the Post of Office Assistants.

 Age must be :-

• Post code 1 : Officer Scale III Below the age of 40 years
• Post code 2 : Officer Scale II Above 21 years but Below 32 years
• Post Code 3 : Officer Scale I Above 18 years – Below 28 years
• Post Code 4 : Office assistant Minimum 18 years – Maximum 28 years

Selection Procedure :

The selection of the candidates shall be on the basis of written test and interview. Written test will be of Objective Type Consisiting of :-

For Post Code- 1 and 2 (Officer Scale-III and Scale-II) :

• Reasoning, Quantiitative Aptitude & Data Interpretation, Financial Awareness and Genaral english. Each part having 50 questions and a total time of 150 min. for 200 questions.

For Post Code- 3 and 4 (Officer Scale-I and Office Assistants) :

• Reasoning, Numerical Ability,General Knowledge and Genaral english. Each part having 50 questions and a total time of 150 min. for 200 questions
• The candidates passing the written test will qualify for interview in ratio of 1:4 depending upon number of Vacancies .

Application Procedure :

Fee for :

• SC/ST/PC/Exs : Rs.100/- for each Post
• OBC/GEN : Officer Scale -II & III : Rs.1000/-  Officer Scale-I : Rs.550/-  Office Assistants : Rs.300/-

To be paid by through Payment challan.

Candidates presently residing in our Bank ‘s area of operation i.e., in the districts of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, Khammam, Nalgonda, Warangal, Mahabubnagar and Sangareddy should pay the fee in any of the Branches of Andhra Pradesh Grameena Vikas Bank (APGVB).

Candidates from all other places and for Post Code 01 & 02 can pay the fee in any Branch of State Bank of India.

After making the payment, candidates have to submit the application online at bank website and take a print-out for future reference.
