Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into by Anna University, Chennai for admission to first year to B.E/ B.Tech courses for 2012 – 13. 

Eligibility Conditions

• The Candidates should have a passed 10+2 examination in relevant discipline from a recognized board of Examination. 

How to Apply

• The application form can be purchased from the centers by paying Rs.500 for general category candidates and Rs.250 for SC/ST/SCA candidates by cash or demand draft
  
  
• The application form can also be obtained by post from The Secretary, Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA), Anna University, Chennai – 600025 by sending a requisition letter along with a Demand Draft for Rs.700 for general category candidates Rs.450 for SC/ST/SCA candidates. 
  
  
• The form can also be downloaded from www.annauniv.edu
  
  
• The application forms are available from  11^th May, 2012 and the filled in form should be submitted before 31^st May, 2012 (Thursday) 

Selection Procedure

• Candidates will be selected on the basis of TNEA 2012 score and academic performance.
