Note: Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of ARS Preliminary Examination followed by the Main Examination and Viva-Voce. ARS preliminary exam and Main exam is scheduled on the same day. So, candidates are required to appear in both the examinations. The Written Test will be held on 12th Feb, 2012. Short-listed candidates on the basis of Main Examination will be called for the Viva-Voce.

Eligibility Conditions:
- Master’s degree in the concerned subjects or its equivalent qualification from any recognized University/Institute
Required Age
- Candidates should be above the age of 21 years and below the age of 32 years (Age relaxation for the SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EXS candidates as per Government norms)
Application Fee: Rs 1000 (Exempted for SC/ST/PH/Women candidates)

- For paying the application fees candidates should obtain the DD for Rs 1000 drawn in the favor of Secretary, Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board, payable at New Delhi
- Candidates should mention their name and address on the reverse side of the DD
- Application form duly complete in all respect along with the DD, 1 self-addressed envelope with affix stamp of Rs 6 and attested copies of all certificates should be submitted to The Secretary, Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board, Krishi Anusandhan Bhavan I, Pusa, New Delhi -110012, by post / speed post / in-person
- Candidates should mention the Application for ARS / NET Examination – 2011, Centre ___________, Code No __________, Prelim ARS / NET Examination Discipline ______________, Code No _________ in bold letter on the envelope in which the form would be sent
