Baba Farid University of Health Sciences( BFUHS) Faridkot Invites Applications for Admission into Medical Programs

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for various bachelor medical courses for 2012-13.

Eligibility Conditions

Candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50% (For General candidates) and 40% (For SC/ST candidates) marks, in all these subjects.
The candidate must have passed and studied English Subject as well. Students appearing for class 12^th exams are eligible to apply.
Candidate’s age should not be less than 17 years at the time of admission.

How to Apply

Prospectus containing OMR application form and other conditions shall be available at the counter in office of Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot on cash payment of Rs. 1000/-.
Candidates can also avail the application form at the branches of Oriental Bank of commerce mentioned in the BFUHS’s website on cash payment of Rs. 1000/-.
Candidates can also get the same by post on sending a request to the university along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 1050/- drawn on any scheduled bank in favor of Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot, payable at Faridkot.
Candidates are advised to ensure deposition of OMR application form by 27^th April, 2012 by hand at BFUHS campus, Faridkot and not take risk of delivery by Post/mail.

Selection Procedure

Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their PMET (Punjab Medical Entrance Test ) 2012 score conducted by Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot.
