The Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited has invited applications for 60 post of Assistant Executive Engineer and Assistant Engineer posts.
According to official notice, all appointments proposed will be on "contract basis" only. Also, applicants should note that the tenure of the contract will be 3 years.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualifications:
For Assistant Engineer:
Aspiring candidates need to possess a Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE)/Technology (BTech) in Civil Engineering from a recognised university or institute.
Also, candidates should have minimum 8 years experience in large infrastructure project execution. Candidates with experience in Metro construction for Viaduct/ Stations/Underground station/ Tunneling with TBMs will be preferred over other applicants.
For Assistant Executive Engineer:
Aspiring candidates need to possess a Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE)/Technology (BTech) in Civil Engineering from a recognised university or institute or Diploma in Civil engineering.
Candidates holding BE should have minimum experience of 5 years in construction supervision and other activities and those with Diploma should have 8 years experience in the same field.
Age limit:
- For Assistant Engineer: Maximum age limit is 35 years
- For Assistant Executive Engineer: Maximum age limit is 40 years
Selection Procedure:
Selection will be based on the performance of the candidates in the personal interview.
