Applications are invite from well-qualified and experienced Indian citizens for the posts of Manager (Chartered Accountant) at Senior Management Grade/Scale IV & Middle Management Grade/Scale III.

• Chief Manager (Finance) - Chartered Accountant (Grade IV)
• Senior Manager (Finance) - Chartered Accountant (Grade III)

Note

• Candidates’ selection will be made on the basis of their performance in the academic qualification, working experience, group discussion and personal interview.
• Only short-listed candidates will be called for the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). The interview schedule and centre address will be mentioned in the candidates’ call letter.

Eligibility Conditions

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University
• Should be an Associate / Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in a Private / Public Sector / Foreign / Reputed Investment Bank preferably in Processing Corporate Credit Proposals, for Senior Management Grade / Scale IV
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a Private / Public Sector / Foreign / Reputed Investment Bank preferably in Processing Corporate Credit Proposals, for Middle Management Grade / Scale III

Required Age

    Candidate should be above the age of 21 years and below the age of 40 years (Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC / PWD candidates as per Government norms)

• Rs 50/- SC / ST / PWD candidates

How to Apply

• Candidates, who fulfill the eligibility criteria and are willing to apply, can fill the online application form by visiting the official link of Bank of Baroda: http://www.bankofbaroda.com/recruitment.asp?artid=2393&modid=36
• Before filling the application form, candidates are required to pay-in the application fee of Rs 300 / Rs 50/- through Master / Visa Debit or Credit Card.
• Candidates can pay the fee amount from January 24, 2012 till February 14, 2012.
• After paying the application fee through card, the system will generate an e-receipt, which should be printed out and sent along with the printed application form.
• After successful submission of the application form, the system will generate a complete application form, of which the candidates should take a print-out, as it will have to be submitted for the further process.
• Printed application form, along with e-receipt copy and photocopies of all the certificates, should be submitted to The Deputy General Manager (HRM & Admin), Bank of Baroda, Baroda Corporate Centre, C-26/ G Block, Bandra - Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai (Maharashtra) - 400051, by speed/ordinary post before February 21, 2012.
• Candidates from far flung areas, should mail their application form on or before February 28, 2012.
• Candidates should mention “Application for the post of Chartered Accountants in Grade Scale IV/III” on the envelope in which the form would be sent.
