Applications are invited from dynamic and knowledgeable candidates for the posts of Specialists Officers in MMGS II for the following disciplines:

  • Security
  • Treasury / Forex
  • Human Resource Management

Imp.

  • Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of Personal Interview. Candidates short-listed on the basis of their academic qualification and work experience will be called for the interview. The interview is scheduled to be held in the month of June - July 2012. The interview will be held at Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai and Kolkata centers. 
  • The list of short-listed candidates and interview schedule will be announced one week before the commencement of interview on the official website of Bank of Baroda. Interview schedule and centre address will be mentioned in the candidates’ call letter, which will be sent only on their valid Email Id.

Eligibility Conditions 

For Security

  • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institute

  • Should be an Officer and have minimum 5 years of commissioned service in Army / Navy / Air Force or should be a Police Officer not below the rank of Assistant SP / Deputy SP with minimum 5 years of service in such capacity or should be an Officer of identical rank in Para-Military Forces with minimum 5 years service in such capacity.

For Treasury / Forex

  • Master’s Degree in Finance / Banking / Treasury / International Trade or CA / ICWA Degree from a recognized University / Institute

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Officers’ cadre in Treasury / Forex Operations in Large Banks / Financial Institutions

For Human Resource Management

  • MBA Degree or PGDM (2 Years) in HRM / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / HRD or Master’s Degree in Social Work with specialization in HRM / PM / IR / HRD from a recognized Institute / University

  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in the Officers’ cadre in Banks / Financial Institutions in specialized area of Human Resources Management including Industrial Law / HRD

For Risk Management

  • Degree of MBA (Finance) preferably FRM or two years of Postgraduate Diploma in Risk Management from a recognized University / Institute

  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in Risk Management in Banks / Financial Institutions

For Credit

  • Degree of MBA (Finance) / MBA (Banking & Finance) or ICWA / CA Degree from a recognized University / Institute

  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in the specialized area in Banking / Financial Sector

  • Should have conceptual and analytical skills to evaluate credit proposals, understand / interpret financial statements, business climate and well conversant with methodology and tools for project appraisal

For Technical

  • BE Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Chemical / Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute

  • MBA Degree in Finance from a recognized University / Institute

  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in the specialized area in Banks / FI / Leading consultancy organizations in Project Finance activity 

Required Age

  • Candidates should be above the age of 21 years and below the age of 37 years (Age relaxation for the SC / ST / OBC / PWD candidates as per Government norms).

  • Rs.200: General / OBC candidates
  • Rs.50: SC / ST / PWD candidates

  • Online registration began from  1st May, 2012 and will close on  15th May, 2012.

  • For completing their registration process, candidates have to pay a fee amount of Rs.200 / Rs.50, through Online Mode i.e., Master Debit / Visa Debit / Credit Card.

  • Candidates can pay the fees amount from  1st May to 2012 till  15th May, 2012.

  • After making the payment of application fees, the system will generate payment E-Receipt, of which candidates should take a printout and keep it for future reference.

  • After submitting the application form, the system will generate a Complete Online Application Form with unique Registration Number and Password, which candidates should secure with them for future reference.

  • Candidates should take a printout of the filled-in application form, as it will have to be submitted at the time of interview along with the payment E-Receipt and copies of all relevant certificates.
