Applications are invited from all the eligible candidate for the following posts in Organic Chemistry discipline:

• Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
• Senior Research Fellow (SRF)
• Research Associate (RA)

Important

The recruitment is to be done for CSIR Project “Molecular Recognition in Chemical Reactions and in the Development of Synthetic Chiral Receptors and Fluorescence Sensors”, under Department of Chemistry of BESU. Candidates will be appointed on temporary basis for a period of six months.

Note

• Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of walk-in-interview.
• The interview is scheduled to be held on  10^th Feb, 2012, from 12.00 noon onwards.
• The interview will be held at Department of Chemistry, HOD Room, BESU, Shibpur.

Eligibility Conditions

For Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

• Master’s Degree in Chemistry with specialization in Organic from a recognized University / Institute
• Should have qualified NET / GATE with good score

For Senior Research Fellow (SRF)

• Master’s Degree in Chemistry with specialization in Organic from a recognized University / Institute
• Should have qualified NET / GATE with good score
• Minimum two years of research experience in an interdisciplinary field

For Research Associate (RA)

• Master’s Degree in Chemistry with specialization in Organic from a recognized University / Institute
• Should have qualified NET / GATE with good score
• PhD Degree in an interdisciplinary field from a recognized University

How to Apply

• Candidates, who fulfill the eligibility criteria and are willing to apply, can appear for the Walk-in-Interview.
• The interview is scheduled to be held on February 10, 2012, from 12.00 pm onwards, at Department of Chemistry, HOD Room, BESU, Shibpur.
• Candidates should bring two hard copies of detailed Bio-data and Original & Xeroxed copies of all relevant certificates along with them.
