• M.Sc. (Tech) Engineering Physics (Photonics) from any AICTE approved institution with first class for Gen / OBC candidates and Pass for SC/ST/PWD candidates.

Application Fee: Crossed DD of Rs.300 drawn on any scheduled bank (preferably SBI) in favour of `Bharat Electronics Limited’ payable at Machilipatnam (SC/ST/PWD applicants are exempted).
