Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) program at Shri. B. M. Patil Medical College, Hospital & Research Centre, Bijapur for 2015. 

Eligibility Conditions

• Candidate should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31^st Dec, 2015.
  
  
• Candidates should have passed the qualifying examination which is 2nd PUC or 10+2 higher secondary or equivalent examination.

• Payment of entrance test/ application fees Rs.2000/- can be paid online or through DD.
  
  
• Demand draft for Rs.2000/- should be drawn in favour of The Registrar, BLDE University, payable at Vijayapura (Bijapur)-586103.

Selection Procedure

• Selection will be based on BLDE University All India Under Graduate Entrance Test (BLDEU-UGET 2015) conducted by the institute.

Important Dates

• Last date to download the application form: 09th May, 2015.
• Last date to receive the applications: 16^th May, 2015.
• Download of TAT card: 17^th May, 2015 onwards.
• Date of BLDEU-UGET: 24^th May, 2015.
• Declaration of Results: on or before 05^th Jun, 2015.
