Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following posts on deputation basis.

• Principal Private Secretary: 03 Posts
• Section Officer: 06 Posts
• Personal Assistant: 01 Post
• Accountant: 01 Post

Eligibility Conditions

For Principal Private Secretary

• Holding analogous post  
• Having 06 years regular service as Private Secretary in PB-2 (Rs. 9300- 34800) + GP Rs. 4800/-
• Having 07 years regular service as Private Secretary in PB-2 (Rs. 9300- 34800) + GP Rs. 4600/-.

For Section Officer

• Holding analogous post
• Having 06 years regular service as Assistant in PB-2 (Rs. 9300-34800) + GP Rs. 4600/- or in PB-2 (Rs. 9300-34800) + GP Rs. 4200/-.

For Personal Assistant

• Holding analogous Post
• Ten years regular service as Stenographer Grade D in pay Band-I (Rs. 5200-20200) plus Grade pay Rs. 2400/-.

For Accountant

• Holding analogous post
• Five years experience as UDC in the pay Band- (Rs. 5200-20200) plus Grade pay Rs. Rs. 2400/- with cash & Accounts Training from ISTM or equivalent and possessing 8 (eight) years experience of cash, accounts & budget working, or SAS Accountant or SAS passed Clerks in the PB-2 (Rs.9300-34800) + GP 4200 from any of the organised Accounts Departments.
