- Candidates’ selection will be made on the basis of their performance in academic, work experience and personal interview.

Eligibility Conditions
For Deputy Chief Engineer / Plant Manager / Assistant Plant Manager (Chemical / Electrical / Instrumentation)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical / Electrical / Instrumentation/ Electronics Engineering from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 10 years / 8 years / 5 years of post qualification executive experience in a reputed organization
- Candidates, who have experience in the field of Fertilizers / Chemicals, will be preferred.
- Candidates should be below the age of 55 years / 53 years / 50 years (for SC / ST) for the post of Deputy Chief Engineer / Plant Manager / Assistant Plant Manager, respectively Or
- Candidates should be below the age of 52 years / 51 years / 48 years (for OBC) for the post of Deputy Chief Engineer / Plant Manager / Assistant Plant Manager, respectively.
For Plant Engineer / Assistant Plant Engineer (Mechanical)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 8 years / 5 years of post qualification executive experience in a reputed organization
- Candidates, who have experience in the field of Fertilizers / Chemicals, will be preferred.
- Candidates should be below the age of 53 years / 50 years for the posts of Plant Engineer / Assistant Plant Engineer, respectively.
For Deputy Finance Manager / Assistant Finance Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree with CA / ICWA Degree from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 10 years / 8 years of working experience in the relevant field
- Should have good knowledge of Latest Financial Procedures and Laws
- Candidates, who have experience in the field of Fertilizers / Chemicals, will be preferred
- Candidates should be below the age of 52 years / 51 years for the posts of Deputy Finance Manager / Assistant Finance Manager, respectively.
For Area Manager (Marketing)
- M Sc Degree in Agriculture / B Sc Degree in Agriculture with MBA Degree in Marketing from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 8 years / 10 years of experience in the field of marketing of Urea and Trading of MOP, Seeds and Pesticides
- Candidates should be below the age of 53 years.

- For paying the application fee, candidates should obtain a DD for Rs 200/-, drawn in favor of BVFCL, Namrup, payable at SBI / UCO Bank, at Namrup, Assam - 786623.
- Application form duly complete in all respect, along with the DD and attested copies of all required documents, should be submitted to The Manager (P&A), BVFCL, Namrup, P O Parbatpur, District Dibrugarh (Assam) - 786623, within 21 days from the day of publishing the advertisement.
- Candidates should mention “Application for the Post of _____________” on the envelope in which the form would be sent.
- Candidates applying for various posts should apply with separate application form and DD for each post.
