Type: Exam Results


The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared the result of National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test -UG (NEET-UG) for admission to various colleges for BDS and MBBS courses.

 The students can access the result at the official website http://cbseresults.nic.in

Students who sat for National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test -UG (NEET-UG) on May 5 can view their OMR sheets online.

Students who want a re-evaluation of their papers will have to pay Rs.1000. They will get refund if the board is found to be wrong. NEET-UG had three papers  i.e Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Biology had 90 questions, while Physics and Chemistry had 45 questions each.

NEET 2013 has replaced various Medical Entrance Exams such as AIPMT, AFMC, BHU and other state level PMTs.

More than two lakh candidates appeared in CBSE NEET 2013 Entrance Exam.

The Dental Council of India amended the BDS Course Regulations 2007 and notified in the Gazette of India Extraordinary dated 31st May, 2012 that admission to BDS Course in each academic year shall be through National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET).

The Medical Council of India and Dental Council of India have notified that the Central Board of Secondary Education shall be the organization to conduct the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for admission to MBBS and BDS Courses.

The responsibility of the CBSE is limited to the conduct of the entrance examination, declaration of result and providing merit list to the Counselling Authorities.
