• Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of interview. Candidates, short-listed on the basis of academic qualification and work experience, will be called for the interview by the selection committee.

Eligibility Conditions

• Bachelor’s Degree of Commerce / Science with professional qualification like MBA / CA from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in Housing Finance / Retail Banking with minimum 5 years of working experience on Senior Management position in a reputed organization
  
  
• Should have good knowledge of various regulatory provisions pertaining to RBI, NHB, and have played a role of Development Financial Institutions in the area of Housing Finance like HUDCO and others
  
  
• Should have good liaison with various Regulatory Authorities
  
  
• Should have experience in raising resources through Fixed Deposit, Bonds / Debentures and Refinance from NHB / other DFIs
  
  
• Should have good experience in public relations, media relations, Governmental relations and public speaking
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 45 years.
