Applications are invited from well-qualified and capable candidates for the following positions:

• Bench Officer
• Pay & Accounts Officer 

Note

• Appointment of the candidates is to be done on Deputation / Short Term Contract basis. Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of interview.
  
  
• Candidates short-listed on the basis of academic qualification and work experience will be called for the interview by the selection committee.

Eligibility Conditions 

For Bench Officer

• Degree of Law from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Should hold an analogous post on regular basis with minimum 4 years of regular service in the scale of Rs.8000-13500 (pre-revised) or its equivalent
       Or  
  Minimum 5 years of combined regular service in the scale of Rs.7500-12000 and Rs.7450-11500 or  its equivalent    
       Or  
  Minimum 6 years of regular service in the scale of Rs.6500-10500 or its equivalent
  
  
• Should have working experience in Judicial / Quasi-Judicial Legal matters including proceedings, petitions, pleadings, listing the law case etc.

For Pay & Accounts Officer

• Bachelor’s Degree of Commerce from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Should hold an analogous post on regular basis with minimum 6 years of regular service in the scale of Rs.5500-9000 (pre-revised)
       Or 
  Minimum 4 years of regular service in the scale of Rs.6500-10500 (pre-revised)
      Or  
  Minimum 3 years of combined regular service in the scale of Rs.7500-12000 and Rs.7450-11500 (pre-revised)
  
  
• Good knowledge of Central Government Accounting procedure such as the procedural details for budget, drawing and disbursement, receipts and payments, statutory recoveries, funds etc. and their accounting & financial control. 

Required Age

• Candidates should be below the age of 56 years.
