Type: Employment Notices

Applications are invited from well-qualified and experienced candidates for the following positions:

• Deputy Chief (Engineering)
• Assistant Chief (Engineering)
• Assistant Secretary (Forum of Regulators) 

Note

• Appointment is to be done on Deputation (Foreign Service Term) / Short Term Contract basis. Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of Interaction / Interview. Candidates short-listed in the initial screening on the basis of academics and work experience will be called for the interaction / interview.

Eligibility Conditions

For Deputy Chief (Engineering)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a relaxation to Diploma in Engineering for Members of the Central Power Engineering (Group ‘A’) Services, promoted from Feeder Service
  
  
• Should hold analogous posts on regular basis with 3 years of regular service in the scale of Rs.10000-15200 (pre-revised) or its equivalent
                                 Or
  With 7 years of regular service in the scale of Rs.8000-13500 (pre-revised) or its equivalent

For Assistant Chief (Engineering)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a relaxation to Diploma in Engineering for Members of the Central Power Engineering (Group ‘A’) Services, promoted from Feeder Service
  
  
• Should hold analogous posts on regular basis with 4 years of regular service in the scale of Rs.8000-13500 (pre-revised) or its equivalent
                             Or
  Minimum 5 years of combined regular service in the scale of Rs 7500-12000 (pre-revised) and Rs.7450-11500 (pre-revised) or its equivalent
                             Or
  Minimum 6 years of regular service in the scale of Rs.6500-10500 (pre-revised) or its equivalent

For Assistant Secretary (Forum of Regulators)

• Bachelor’s Degree with Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Should hold analogous posts on regular basis with 4 years of regular service in the scale of Rs.8000-13500 (pre-revised) or its equivalent
                             Or
  With 5 years of combined regular service in the scale of Rs 7500-12000 (pre-revised) and Rs.7450-11500 (pre-revised) or its equivalent
                               Or
  With 6 years of regular service in the scale of Rs.6500-10500 (pre-revised) or its equivalent
