Applications are invited from knowledgeable and skillful candidates for the posts of Medical Consultants. 

Note

• Candidates’ appointment is to be done on short-term contract basis for a period of one year or till attaining the age of 60 years or till the posts filled up on regular basis, whichever is earlier. Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of Walk-in Interview. 

• The interview is scheduled to be held on 22^nd Apr, 2013, at Temporary Academic Block, Central University of Himachal Pradesh, Chattari, Near Shahpur, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh - 176206, by 11.00 am onwards. Eligibility Conditions

• MBBS Degree from a MCI recognized University
  
  
• Should be an Medical Graduate (Allopathic)
  
  
• Must have registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI)
  
  
• Minimum five years of work experience as General Duty Officer in a residential teaching institution, or in a reputed Hospital
  
  
• Candidates, who have post graduate qualifications in Medicine / Surgery, will be preferred.

Application Fee

• Rs.500: General & Other candidates
• Rs.125: SC / ST / PH candidates 

How to Apply

• Candidates, who fulfill the eligibility criteria and are willing to apply, can appear for the Walk-in Interview.
  
  
• The interview is scheduled to be held on 22^nd Apr, 2013, at Temporary Academic Block, Central University of Himachal Pradesh, Chattari, Near Shahpur, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh - 176206, by 11.00 am onwards.
  
  
• Before attending the interview, candidates have to send their application form to the office of the University, for register them.
  
  
• Candidates can download the application format from the official link of CUHP: http://www.cuhimachal.ac.in/
  
  
• For paying the application fees, candidates should obtain a DD for Rs 500 / Rs 125, drawn in favor of Finance Officer, Central University of Himachal Pradesh, payable at Dharamsala, Himachal Pradesh.
  
  
• Application Form, duly complete in all respect, along with recent passport size photograph, DD, and attested copies of all certificates, should be submitted to:
