5. Centurion University, Bhubaneswar Invites Applications for Admission into Engineering Programs

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into following programs offered at School of Engineering’s Paralakhemundi and Bhubaneswar campuses in various specializations for 2014-15.

• 3 years Diploma in Engineering
• 4 years Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)
• 3 years Lateral Entry (LE) into B.Tech
• 5 years integrated B.Tech+M.Tech
• 2 years Master of Technology (M.Tech)

Eligibility Conditions

For Diploma in Engineering Program

• Candidates who have passed 10th examination or ITI pass are eligible to apply for diploma course.

For B.Tech and Integrated B.Tech + M.Tech Program

• Candidates should have passed in 10+2 or its equivalent with a minimum average of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics is applicable in case of SC/ST students.

Age Limit

• No age limit for taking admission as per the Government of Odisha norms. Candidates must have passed entrance test like CUEE/OJEE/AIEEE or any other national level entrance test.

How to Apply

Online Application

• Candidates can apply online
• The application form and information brochure fee for all candidates is Rs.250. The fee can be paid in the shape of demand draft drawn in favor of CSREM TRUST, Payable at Bhubaneswar.

Offline Application

• Application forms are available on cash payment in the designated bank branches in the state of Odisha, Jharkhand and Bihar. Besides this, the same is also available on DD/cash payment at Centurion University campuses at Paralakhemundi campus, Jatni campus and City Office at Pokhariput, Bhubaneswar.

Selection Procedure

• Selection of the candidates for taking admission to B.Tech programs (All engineering branches) is done on the basis of a Centurion University Entrance Examination (CUEE) conducted by the university.

Important Dates

• Last date for online application: 31^st Mar, 2014 (Monday)
• Date of CUEE exam: 12^th Apr, 2014 (Saturday)
