Applications are invited from well-qualified and competent Indian citizens for recruitment for the following positions:

• Officer Middle Management Grade (MMG) Scale II - Group A
• Officer Junior Management Grade (JMG) Scale I - Group A
• Office Assistants (Multipurpose) - Group B

Note

• Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of candidate’s performance in the written test followed by personal interview.
• The Written Test will be held on  20^th May, 2012, for the post of Office Assistants (Multipurpose), and on  13^th May, 2012, for the post of Officers MMG Scale II & JMG Scale I. The written test will be conducted at Chikmagalur centre.
• The examination schedule and centre address will be mentioned in the candidates’ call letter.
• Candidates can register online by visiting the official website of Chikmagalur Kodagu Grameena Bank: http://chikobank.com/en/recruitment.htm. The online registration commences from   20^th March, 2012 and will close on  10^th April, 2012.

Eligibility Conditions

For Officer MMG Scale II

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Banking / Finance / Marketing / Agriculture / Horticulture / Forestry / Animal Husbandry / Veterinary Science / Agricultural Engineering / Pisciculture / Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation / Information Technology / Management / Law / Economics / Accountancy with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
• Minimum 5 years of working experience as an Officer in any Bank / Financial Institutions.

For Officer JMG Scale I

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture / Horticulture / Forestry / Animal Husbandry / Veterinary Science / Agricultural Engineering / Pisciculture / Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation / Information Technology / Management / Law / Economics / Accountancy or its equivalent qualification with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
• Good command over Kannada language (Reading, Writing & Speaking)
• Good knowledge of Computer Applications.

For Office Assistants (Multipurpose)

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institute
• Good command over Kannada language (Reading, Writing & Speaking)
• Good knowledge of Computer Skills.

Required Age

21 - 32 years: Officer MMG Scale II
18 - 28 years: Officer JMG Scale I & Office Assistants
Age relaxation for the SC / ST / OBC / PWD / EXS candidates as per Government norms

Rs 300/- General / Others candidates
Rs 50/- SC / ST / PWD candidates

How to Apply

• Candidates, who fill the eligibility criteria and willing to apply, can fill online application form by visiting the official link of Chikmagalur Kodagu Grameena Bank: http://chikobank.com/en/recruitment.htm
• Online registration begins from  20^th March, 2012 and will close on  10^th April, 2012.
• Before filling the application form candidates are required to pay-in the application fee of Rs 300/- Rs 50/- through Challan, which can be downloaded from the official website of Chikmagalur Kodagu Grameena Bank.
• Candidates can pay the fee amount in any branch of Corporation Bank, in the Account No. and Account Name mention on the Challan.
• After paying the application fee through Challan, bank will generate a Transaction ID, Branch Name, Branch Code Number and a Date of Deposit, which candidates are required to fill in the online application form for completing their form.
• Candidates should keep the candidate’s Challan copy with them as prove, as it would be submitted at the time of written test, with affix passport size photograph and duly signed by candidates
• After successful submitting of application form, the system will generate a Registration Number and Password, which candidates are required to keep with them as a future reference.
• After submitting the application form, candidates should take print out of the filled application form, as it will be submitted at the time of Interview.
• Candidates can download the their call letter from the Bank’s official website from  7^th May, 2012 to  18^th May, 2012 for the post of Office Assistants, and from   2^nd May, 2012 till  11^th May, 2012 for the post of Officer MMG Scale II & JMG Scale I.
