Eligibility Conditions

For General Manager (HR)

MBA Degree or Postgraduate Degree / Diploma with specialization in HR / IR / PM / PM&IR /Social Work / Public Administration / Labour Management from a recognized University / Institute
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a reputed Institute is desirable
Minimum 20 years of working experience in Managerial Cadre, in the field of Human Resources Management & Development in a reputed and well established organizations, out of which minimum 5 years of experience should be on a Senior Managerial Positions.
Should be conversant with various HR & Administrative functions like Formulation of HR Policies and Procedures, Salary & Wage Administration, Training & Development, Labour statutes, Industrial Relations etc.

For Junior Manager (Finance) (Trainee)

Should have Associate Membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Associate Membership of Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India
Should be familiar with Computerized Accounting Environment
Should have good knowledge of Service Tax, K.VAT, Income Tax Rules & Regulations, Customs Regulations & Foreign Exchange Transactions
Junior Manager (Electrical / Operations / IT) (Trainee)
B Tech Degree in Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication with 1st class division from a recognized University / Institute

For Junior Manager (Fire) (Trainee)

B Tech Degree in Fire / Fire & Safety / Mechanical / Automobile with 1st class division from a recognized University / Institute
Should have valid Heavy Driving Licence
Should fulfill the physical standards as set by the organization
