Applications are invited from knowledgeable and proficient professionals for the posts of Project Assistants (Level II / III / IV). 

Note

• Candidates’ appointment is to be done on temporary contract basis, for various Network Projects. Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of Walk-in Interview (include Written Test & Interview). The interview is scheduled to be held on 19^th Feb, 2013. 

• The interview will be held at the Committee Room, Committee Complex, CSIR-National Aerospace Laboratories, P.B. No. 1779, HAL Airport Road (Opposite Manipal Hospital), Kodihalli, Bangalore (Karnataka) - 560017, from 09.00 am onwards. Eligibility Conditions

For Project Assistants (Level II)

• M.Sc Degree in Atmospheric Science Oceanography / Physics / Mathematics / Statistics / Agricultural Sciences / Life Sciences
                      OR
  BE / B.Tech Degree in Environmental Engineering
                     OR
  MA Degree in Economics / Sociology or its equivalent qualification with 1st class division from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Sound knowledge of Mathematical / Statistical Analysis, and Computer Programming and Graphics is desirable.
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 28 years.

For Project Assistants (Level III)

• M.Sc Degree in Atmospheric Science / Oceanography / Physics / Mathematics / Statistics / Agricultural Sciences / Life Sciences with 1st class division from a recognized University / Institute, with minimum 2 years of work experience in the relevant field
                         OR
  ME / M.Tech Degree in Atmospheric Sciences / Environmental Engineering or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Sound knowledge of Mathematical / Statistical Analysis, and Computer Programming and Graphics is desirable.
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 32 years.

For Project Assistants (Level IV)

• PhD Degree in Atmospheric Sciences / Physics / Mathematics / Statistics / Environmental Engineering from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Sound knowledge of Mathematical / Statistical Analysis, and Computer Programming and Graphics is desirable.
  
  
• Must have proven experience and expertise as evidenced by publishing in SCI Journals
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 35 years.

• Candidates, who fulfill the eligibility criteria and are willing to apply, can appear for the Walk-in-Interview.
