Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR)-National Chemical Laboratory (NCL), Pune, Maharashtra, Invites the Eligible Candidates for various scientific and technical positions. The recruitment is to be done for the following positions:

• Scientific Position
  • Scientists
• Technical Positions
  • Senior Technical Officer
  • Technical Officers
  • Technical Assistant

Note: Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of candidate’s performance in the academic qualification, working experience and personal interview. Candidates can register online by visiting the official website of CSIR-NCL: http://jobs.ncl.res.in/. The online registration begins from  1^st Oct, 2011 and will close on  31^st Oct, 2011.

Eligibility Conditions:

• For Scientists
  • PhD degree in Science (Synthetic Organic Chemistry) with minimum 4-5 years of post-doctoral research experience in the relevant field or PhD degree in Chemistry (Polymers) with minimum 2 years of post-doctoral research experience in the relevant field
  • Candidates should be below the age of 32 years / 37 years according to their qualification
• For Technical Assistant
  • Degree of M Lib I Sc with minimum 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University
  • Minimum 9 years of working experience in computerized library of any Research Institute / Corporate sector
  • Candidates should be below the age of 40 years
• For Senior Technical Officer
  • Degree of BE / B Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication / Instrumentation / Electronics with 1^st class division from a recognized University / Institute with minimum 3 years of working experience in the relevant field or
  • M Sc degree with minimum 55 % of marks in aggregate from a recognized university with minimum 3 years of working experience
  • Candidates should be below the age of 30 years
• For Technical Officers
  • B Sc degree in Microbiology with 1^st class division from a recognized University / Institute
  • Good knowledge of Computer Applications
  • Candidates should be below the age of 28 years

Application Fee: Rs 100 (Exempted for SC / ST / PH / Employees of CSIR)

• Candidates should fill the online application form correctly else it will be rejected
• After successful submission of the online application, the system will generate a complete application form, which candidates should take print out for the further process
• For paying the application fees, candidates should obtain the DD for Rs 100 drawn in favor of Director, National Chemical Laboratory payable at Pune
• Printout of Online Application form, along with affix passport size photograph and copies of all the required certificates / testi monial should be submitted to the Administrative Officer, National Chemical Laboratory, Dr Homi Bhabha Road, Pune (Maharashtra) - 411008
