CTET September result shows no improvement in the pass percentage once again. As many as 95% teaching aspirants in the country have failed CTET meant to assess their knowledge and instruction abilities.
CBSE that holds the CTET twice every year In the latest result only 11.95% candidates (24,629 out of 2,06,145) managed to clear paper 1 compulsory to be cleared by those wishing to teach primary level classes and as low as 2.80% passed paper II, the eligibility test for those interested in teaching classes VI to VIII.
Overall pass percentage in CTET this year is 5.63 with only 37,472 candidates clearing the two papers out of the 6,65,413 who took the test.
The test validity is seven years post which a candidate must reappear.
