Rs.110 (Rs.100 Examination Fees + Rs.10 Application Form): For General / Other candidates
Rs.10 (Application Form): For SC / ST / PH / EXSM candidates

Candidates, who fulfill the eligibility criteria and are willing to apply, can obtain the OMR Application Forms from the Office of DC, from the relevant address as mentioned in the advertisement, from 20^th Feb, 2013 onwards.
