Age Limit

The age of the candidate should not be less than 18 years and should not be more than 35 years. The age of the candidate should be as on 1st January 2016.

Qualification

Candidates should have SSLC passed and Diploma in relevant field of engineering / technology or SSLC with NTC certificate trade of ITI course with a minimum three year industrial experience / NAC in the relevant trade with a minimum two year of industrial experience / Weightage will be given to CITS certificate holders in the relevant trade and for experience.

Selection Procedure

The selection of the candidates will be on the basis of written examination and personal interview depending on the number of applications received.

Age Relaxation

The upper age of the candidates applying for the position of junior training officer in relaxable for the following specified categories to the extent indicated below:-

By 5 years for candidates belonging to ST communities.
By 5 years for candidates belonging to SC communities.
By 3 years for candidates belonging to OBC communities.

Application fee

Candidates are requires to pay application fee RS 150/- through Demand draft drawn in the favor of Assistant Accounts Officer, Directorate of Employment and training payable at Chennai drawn in any Schedule bank.

Candidates may apply online through official website http://www.skilltraining.tn.gov.in from 12^th Jan, 2016 to 1^st Feb, 2016 and send the hard copy of online application with certificates along with the demand draft to Nodal industrial training institute as per notification on or before 3^rd Feb, 2016.
