Applications are invited from well qualified candidates for the positions of Industries Inspector (Lower Grade) / Extension Officer (Industries).

Note

Selection will be made on the basis of candidates’ performance in Written Test, followed by Personal Interview (PI), to be conducted by Directorate of Industries (DOI). The written examination will be conducted at Aurangabad, Amravati, Mumbai, Nashik, Nagpur, Nanded, Pune and Thane centers. However, the interview will be conducted at Directorate of Industries (DOI), Mumbai.

Candidates who secure minimum qualifying marks in the written examination will only be called for interview. The recruitment committee of DOI - Govt of Maharashtra will intimate the schedule and date of written examination and interview to all short-listed candidates.

MCED has been selected by DOI - Govt of Maharashtra to conduct the recruitment for the abovementioned positions.

Required qualifications as per the norms prescribed by Directorate of Industries (DOI) - Government of Maharashtra

Application Fee

Rs.250: For General Category candidates
Rs.150: For reserved category candidates of Maharashtra state
Exempted for Ex Servicemen candidates.

How to Apply

Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria, can apply through the prescribed application format (downloadable from the website of Maharashtra Government and MCED). Also, candidates have to download the Admit Card for the examination from the website.
The application fee is to be paid in the form of Demand Draft (DD), drawn on any nationalized bank, in favor of The Development Commissioner (Industries), Directorate of Industries, Maharashtra State, Mumbai, payable at Mumbai.
The hard copy of the downloaded Application Form and Admit Card, duly complete in all respect, along with the DD and photocopies of all requisite documents, should be submitted or sent to the General Manager of the respective District Industries Centres (mention in the advertisement) on or before 25^th Mar, 2013.
Candidates should write their Full Name on the reverse side of the Demand Draft (DD).
The envelope containing the application form must be super scribed as APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF THE INDUSTRIES INSPECTOR (LOWER GRADE) / EXTENSION OFFICER (INDUSTRIES), Group-C"
