Applications are invited from skillful and proficient candidates for the posts of Consultants for Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) Programme for the following positions in various disciplines:

• Civil Works
• Chief Consultant
• Research & Evaluation
• Chief Consultant
• Procurement & Disbursement
• Senior Consultants 

Note

• Candidate’s appointment is to be done on contract basis for a period of one year, which can be extended further as per candidate performance. Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of personal interview. 

• Candidates short-listed in the initial screening on the basis of academics and work experience will be called for the interview. The interview schedule will be announced later. Eligibility Conditions 

For Chief Consultant (Civil Works)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture from a recognized University
  
  
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in Civil Work or Architectural Designs, Construction, Building & Policy Formulation, and Implementation of Schools, or Educational Building and Community Construction

For Chief Consultant (Research & Evaluation)

• Master’s Degree in Social Science from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Conduct of Educational Research, Management of Research Projects, Evaluation, and Monitoring of Research Projects / Studies
  
  
• Should have sound knowledge of Statistics, Research, Methodology and Computers

For Senior Consultant (Procurement & Disbursement)

• Master’s Degree in Social Science from a recognized University
  
  
• Minimum 5 years of post qualification experience in Financial Management, Accounts, Audits, Procurement, etc., in the Central / State Government / PSU / Autonomous Body
  
  
• Sound knowledge of Financial Rules in the Central / State Government is essential. 

Required Age

• Candidates should be below the age of 70 years.
