Applications are invited from experienced and competent candidates for the following posts:

  • Upper Division Clerk (UDC)
  • Multi Tasking Staff (MTS)

Note

  • Candidates’ selection will be done on the basis of written test and computer skill test for the post of Upper Division Clerk (UDC) and on the basis of written test for the post of Multi Tasking Staff (MTS).
  •  The written test is scheduled to be held on  1st April, 2012 for the post of UDC and on  29th April, 2012 for the post of MTS. The test will be conducted at Jammu centre.
  • Candidates can register online by visiting the official website of ESIC Jammu: http://esicjk.org/. The online registration began from  24th Dec, 2011 and will close on   23rd Jan, 2012.

Eligibility Conditions

For Upper Division Clerk (UDC)

  • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University
  • Should have good working knowledge on Computer including use of office suites and databases

For Multi Tasking Staff (MTS)

  •  Matriculation or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institute

Required Age

  • 18 - 27 years: Upper Division Clerk (UDC)
  • 18 - 25 years: Multi Tasking Staff (MTS)
  • Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC / PWD candidates as per government norms

Application Fee

  • UDC: Rs 225/- (Exempted for SC / ST / PWD / Women / Departmental / EXS candidates)
  • MTS: Rs 125/- (Exempted for SC / ST / PWD / Women / Departmental / EXS candidates)

How to Apply

  • Willing candidates can apply by filling the online application form available on the official link of ESIC Jammu: http://esicjk.org/
  • After successful submission of the online application form, the system will generate a completed online application form and unique Registration No. with Password, which candidates should keep it with them as future reference.
  • Candidates should take print out of the completed online application form, as it will be used for the further process.
  • For paying the application fees, candidates should obtain the DD for Rs 225 / Rs 125/-, drawn in favor of Regional Director, ESI Corporation, J&K, payable at Jammu.
  • Candidates should mention their name, registration no. and mobile no, on the reverse side of the DD.
  • Hard copy of system generated online application form, along with two attested (by Gazetted Officer) passport-size photographs, DD, and attested (by Gazetted Officer) photocopies of all certificates, should be submitted to The Regional Director, Regional Office, ESI Corporation,10-B, Radha Bhawan, Shastri Nagar, Jammu (J&K) - 180004, by registered / speed post before  31st Jan, 2012.
  • Candidates should mention “Application for the Post of___________ & Category (UR/SC/OBC/PH/EXS)” on the envelope in which the form would be sent.
  • Candidates, belonging to far-flung areas, can send their application forms on or before   10th Feb, 2012.
