Applications are invited from capable and experienced candidates of India for recruitment 2012, for following Senior Level posts:

• Executive Director (Engineering)
• GGM (Civil)
• GM (HR)

Note

• Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in the academic qualification, working experience and personal interview.

Eligibility Conditions

For Executive Director (Engineering)

• BE / B Tech or AMIE or its equivalent qualification in Civil, Mechanical & Electrical discipline with minimum 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
• Minimum 22 years of post qualification executive experience with minimum 5 years in grade scale of 43200-66000 (IDA) or in equivalent CDA scale in PSU / Govt. Organization

For GGM (Civil)

• BE / B Tech or AMIE or its equivalent qualification in Civil discipline with minimum 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
• Minimum 20 years of post qualification executive experience with minimum 2 year in a below grade in PSU / Govt. Organisation

For GM (HR)

• Two years of Postgraduate Diploma / MBA Degree in Personal Management / HR / MSW etc. with minimum 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University
• Candidates having LLB Degree will be preferred.
• Minimum 18 years of post qualification executive experience with minimum 2 years in a next below grade in PSU / Govt. Organisation

Required Age

• 55 years: Executive Director (Engineering)
• 53 years: GGM (Civil)
• 50 years: GM (HR)
• Age relaxation for the SC / ST / OBC as per Government norms

Application Fee: Rs 250/- (Exempted for SC / ST / PH candidates)

• For paying the application fees, candidates should obtain the DD for Rs 250/-, drawn in favor of Engineering Projects India Ltd, payable at New Delhi.
• Application form, duly complete in all respect, along with a recent passport-size photograph, DD and attested copies of all the required certificates & testimonials, should be submitted to The Group General Manager (HR), Engineering Projects (India) Ltd, Core-3, SCOPE Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi -110003, within 2 weeks from the date of publishing the advertisement.
• Candidates should mention “Application for the Post of ______________”, on the envelope in which the form would be sent.
