Applications are invited from well-qualified and experienced SC / ST / OBC candidates under special recruitment drive 2012, for various managerial posts for the following positions:

• Deputy Manager (JM I)
• Manager (MM II)
• Chief Manager (MM III) 

Note

• Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in Written Test and Personal Interview. Candidates short-listed in the initial screening by the screening committee, will be called for the written test. The schedule of written test will be intimated to all short-listed candidates.

Eligibility Conditions 

For Deputy Manager (JM I) (Corporate Finance / Accounts & Forex)

• Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Commerce with minimum 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Minimum one year of work experience as an Officer in Scale I or its equivalent, in Corporate Finance / Accounts / Forex Department of Scheduled Commercial Banks or all India Financial Institutions, in handling Term Deposits, Back Office Transactions related to resources raising, handling Rupee & Foreign Currency back office, confirmation of transactions, dealing with CCIL, Mutual Funds etc. and processing accounts, and have familiarity with RBI guidelines

For Manager (MM II) / Chief Manager (MM III) (Corporate Loans & Advances / International Trade Finance / Overseas Project Finance)

• Master’s Degree in Business Management or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with minimum 55% marks in aggregate or Chartered Accountants (CA) from a reputed Institute / University
  
  
• For the post of Manager, minimum 3 years of work experience as an Officer in Scale I or its equivalent positions
  
  
• For the post of Chief Manager, minimum 5 years of work experience, of which 3 years of experience should be as an Officer in Scale-II or its equivalent, in the field of International Trade Finance / Overseas Project Finance / Industrial Finance Department, in handling Terms Loans / Advances Portfolio of scheduled commercial banks or all India financial institutions 

Required Age

• Deputy Manager: 30 years (OBC) or 32 years (SC / ST)
• Manager: 33 years (OBC) or 35 years (SC / ST)
• Chief Manager: 38 years (OBC) or 40 years (SC / ST)
