Eligibility Conditions
For Deputy General Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical / Electronics / Mining / Metallurgical / Production Engineering from a recognized University / Institute Or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with Diploma in Materials Management / MBA degree in Materials Management or Finance / CA / ICWA from a recognized University / Institution Or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with MBA / PGDBA degree in Human Resources Management from a recognized University / Institution or Master’s Degree in Labour & Social Welfare / 2 years of Diploma in Personnel Management / MA in Sociology from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 15 years of working experience in the relevant field
- Candidates should be below the age of 55 years
For Assistant General Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical / Electronics / Mining / Metallurgical / Production Engineering from a recognized University / Institute Or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with Diploma in Materials Management / MBA degree in Materials Management or Finance / CA / ICWA from a recognized University / Institution Or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with MBA / PGDBA degree in Human Resources Management from a recognized University / Institution or Master’s Degree in Labour & Social Welfare / 2 years of Diploma in Personnel Management / MA in Sociology from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 14 years of working experience in the relevant field
- Candidates should be below the age of 50 years
For Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical / Electronics / Mining / Metallurgical / Production Engineering from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 12 years of working experience in the relevant field
- Candidates should be below the age of 45 years
For Deputy Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical / Electronics / Mining / Metallurgical / Production Engineering from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 9 years of working experience for degree holders and 17 years for diploma holders, in the relevant field
- Candidates should be below the age of 40 years
For Junior Manager

- Minimum 1 year of working experience for degree holders and 3 years for diploma holders, in the relevant field
- Candidates should be below the age of 28 years
